I’M BRI,
I’m a queer, trauma-informed embodiment facilitator, dancer, theatre kid, and woman of many existential questions. I am constantly stirred by the curiosities that breathe meaning into my life. Meaning that moves me to cultivate intimacy with my inner experience, those around me, the earth, and the mysterious source of all life.
I define mind-body practice as: the creative act of conversing with your aliveness. Aligning your mind with your heart and your deepest values with your embodied choices. It’s a path paved by longing, following your ‘yes’, embracing the continuous evolution of your own truths and allowing for your expression out into the world.
Using the instruments of breath, movement, imagination, and theatrics, my offerings are invitations to listen, feel, play, express, experiment, and expand what is possible through embodied practice & personal insight.
It’s a process that supports a felt sense of ground, emotional receptivity, self-trust, personal agency, creativity, courage in the face of challenge, relational vulnerability, sustained joy, and a life shaped by your very own hands.
