Being Moved is an exploration of intuitive movement and dance as a creative bridge between physicality, emotion, and insight. It’s a return to play and curiosity. An opportunity to express yourself free from the limitations of words alone. Allowing an honest kind of aliveness to move through you, shamelessly taking up space, and sourcing pleasure in your body.

Session At A Glance

We’ll begin with feel-good movement and playful group embodiment games to warm up your instrument, awaken the senses, and stir your inner impulses. From there, we’ll open into our free-flowing dance journey, guided by creative prompts and a range of music genres to inspire your expression.

On this dance floor, there is no right or wrong way to move—only your way.

The intention is to create a space of permission, playfulness, freedom, and embodied support.
